Nostalgic old deli with good sandwiches, burgers, and milkshake. Too bad it is closed now with en block of the building. Hope it revamps and comes back anew.

The food is good but our dining experience was a big disappointment. We enjoyed the Cuban sandwich and milkshakes but not the breakfast sandwich. Definitely skip that one. The staff were very grumpy and did not show much urgency in preparing the food. Staff seemed to be all over the place rather than manning individual stations. We waited 45 mins for our food. Overall, we would not return.

The place is a bit cramped. I think only counter seats, limited seating so have to not leave any empty space between. Food is tasty. I ordered a Club Sandwich and a Cuban sandwich. Milkshake I had chocolate and peanut butter (tasted like Snickers). The cookies and cream milkshake is not as nice as chocolate and peanut butter in that the taste is just sweet without a twist in flavour. Had the peppermint crunch fudge. Its taste reminds me of Andes mint chocolate mixed with melted marshmallow with a bit of Oreo added. *Club Sandwich I had digged in a bit before taking a photo so it looked messy. I wish there were sticks poking through so it will be easier to cut without shifting the layers around. Not easy to dine with a toddler/young kid.

pastrami & reuben 💌 love the nyc deli vibe, preferred the reuben bc of the sauerkraut 🥪 not sure where they are moving to after the enbloc! but will definitely support them after 👌🏻

5 stars! For service. Prompt and polite. Very accomodating. For food. I've been coming here for lunch for more than a decade. My office is round the corner. Everything is good. Gun to my head, I'd choose Reuben over pastrami. Both on rye. The desserts are great too. Decadent squares of fudge (mint is my favourite) and sometimes, pecan pie. For ambience. Old school diner, all counter seating. Clean and bright all the time. For price. About $18 to $20 per sandwich. Comes with a little coleslaw. Will I come back? I want to. All the time. But unfortunately steeples will be closing their doors in May. Hopefully they will find a new location. I'd love to be their customer for another decade and more.

❤️ the old world charm of this deli at Tanglin Shopping Centre. I get transported back to the 80s whenever I’m here. It’s such a pity that it would be closed at the end of April 2023. It’s the first deli in Singapore. The sandwiches, pecan pie, milkshakes, coffee and fudges are so yummy 😋😋 I have been coming here for more than 2 years. The owners are friendly and we always have a good convo. I hope they would open a new one which will retain its current old world charm 🙏🙏

If you're visiting from out of town, know that you might get comments or looks for not ordering a sandwich per customer 😂 if you weren't expecting it, it could make the experience unpleasant. …

This is a hidden gem that should be getting a lot more attention! I had the club sandwich and chicken nuggets when I was there, and oh my god, it is so good! The milkshake was absolutely amazing as well. I absolutely recommend Steeple’s Deli if you are looking for good places to eat. Just to keep in mind, it does get a bit crowded sometimes. ( Sorry I forgot to take photos )
